Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex enterprise environments. Define engineering standards, unblock multi-agent orchestration challenges, and scale talent shipping production AI systems. Manage capacity planning and talent acquisition to ensure squads deliver from sketch to deployable in weeks. Serve as the final technical escalation point for architectural judgment across Salesforce platforms, LLMs, and data pipelines. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to transform field insights into core roadmap features. Build executive-level relationships to accelerate customer adoption and monitor delivery metrics for business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams
- Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments
- Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
- Strong background navigating high-touch customer strategies at a Global level
- Exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills
- Exceptional problem-solving instincts

Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems

- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist)
