Job Summary
Manage store projects, coordinate resource materials, and ensure Brand standards are met across Frontline and Outlet Stores. Strategically plan operational processes to align store programs with company goals, while overseeing workflow, inventory management, supplies approval, and physical inventory. Actively build selling cost strategies, research operational challenges for Field Management and Headquarters, and support Field Organization meetings. Liaise with Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, and cross-functional teams to represent the store perspective, write operational policies, and ensure budgetary guidelines are met for supply ordering and facility remediation. Deliver clear, timely communications to stores and support technology rollouts, traveling as needed for field training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years management experience in a retail or corporate communications capacity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to appropriately communicate and otherwise handle controversial and sensitive business information
Desired Qualifications
- Store manager experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and InDesign preferred
