Job Summary
The Manager, Store Marketing leads strategy and execution of store-marketing programs to drive traffic, engagement, and brand impact across retail locations. This role connects brand campaigns, product launches, local partnerships, and in-store experiences to create an omnichannel customer journey. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Loyalty, Digital, and Visual Merchandising, the role supports business growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities include leading marketing strategy for store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures; developing local and regional programs including events, partnerships, activations, and media opportunities; driving omnichannel connectivity between retail experiences and digital channels (loyalty, app, social, influencer initiatives); aligning in-store storytelling with seasonal campaigns; collaborating with Loyalty, App, Geo, and Retail teams on in-store offers and customer experiences; monitoring campaign performance to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion; managing cross-functional timelines and execution across multiple initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in retail, integrated, or omnichannel marketing
- Proven success developing marketing programs that drive store traffic, engagement, and customer experience
- Experience supporting store openings, remodels, relocations, or local retail marketing initiatives
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance and business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments
