Job Summary
Manage the organization's new store program development, overseeing budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for multiple real estate projects. Supervise Project Development and Design Managers to execute entitlements, permitting, due diligence, and construction processes while driving end-to-end final design delivery. Administer project plans, status reports, and executive updates to stakeholders, balancing business needs against technical constraints. Lead change management, procurement engagements with service providers, and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external teams. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define requirements, create estimates, and mitigate impediments to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years relevant project management experience in real estate, design and commercial construction projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
- Ability to supervise, motivate and manage a team of individuals toward the achievement of Enterprise objectives
- High levels of customer service
- Ability to serve multiple clients at any given time, deliver on milestones and create a positive impression for the team and the organization
- Work effectively both independently and within a team
- Organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to lead, manage and adjust to workplace industry changes
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset
