Set criteria for the quality of patient care on the clinical unit and assess patients' needs to plan individualized care using specialized knowledge and skills. Evaluate outcomes and interventions while directing and guiding patient care activities of ancillary and other patient care personnel. Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and work collaboratively with various health professionals to provide a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and families. Utilize effective organizational, decision, and problem-solving skills in own practice and when supervising others. Serve as the expert consultant for the organization's practices on high-level disinfection across both Baptist and Gulf Breeze campuses.
