Job Summary
The Manager of STEM Partnerships will enhance LSC's reputation in informal STEM education by cultivating existing partnerships and pursuing new revenue-generating opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing a diverse portfolio of partnerships, collaborating with teams to improve experiences, managing data tracking for partnership programming, and creating effective outreach strategies. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in educational sales, relationship management, and project scheduling, along with a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. This full-time role requires flexibility in working hours and travel.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in educational sales, with a focus on expanding and developing a client portfolio.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Experience with complex scheduling of people and projects.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a dedicated team player.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the education landscape in NJ and its major stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM software like Tessitura and monday.com.
- Proficient in Google applications and graphic design tools like Canva.
