Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the retail store operation by recruiting and building a team aligned with core values, coaching employees on styling behaviors, and developing future leaders for succession planning. Maintain operational excellence through daily store management, inventory control, merchandising standards, and driving monthly financial targets via in-store styling, Trendsend fulfillment, and payroll. Ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience by upholding brand guidelines and leading a teamwork strategy using Divisions of Responsibilities.
