Job Summary

Manage Tokyo Haneda Airport station operations as Station Manager, overseeing ground handling, baggage and cargo handling, on-time departures, KPI delivery, and compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Lead and coordinate with Ground Handler, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, reporting to Head Office, and continuous improvement of station performance. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, handling monetary transactions, preparing daily and monthly reports, updating operation manuals, and representing the company in meetings related to airport development and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years’ team leader experience in airline Guest Services and operations, preferably as Duty Executive
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Experienced in cultivating relationships with airport authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Proficient in Government regulations (customs, immigration and related matters)
  • Experience managing a diverse workforce across different shifts/rosters
  • Knowledge of safety, security, and quality assurance in ground handling and flight operations
  • Ability to prepare and present reports and manage budgets and manuals updates
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes at an airport station
