Job Summary
Oversee station administrative operations by managing attendance trends, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring consistent policy application. Lead local engagement initiatives focused on rewards, recognition, and team member retention while serving as the primary liaison for security badging, customs seals, and irregular operations logistics. Review and approve station invoices, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and foster a safety-first culture through coaching, mentoring, and open communication. This role requires 3+ years in administrative support or HR, 1+ year of management experience, and flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays. Salary ranges from $80,169 to $121,543 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or a related area
- 1 or more years of management experience
- Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to interact with business leaders, provide insights and recommendations, and collaborate to solve challenges
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence others, work cross-functionally, and contribute positively to a team-oriented, safety-first culture
- Flexibility to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and Holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Team Member must be able to perform these key responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, unless doing so would cause undue hardship to the Company
- Team Members will be required to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge issued by the airport authority
- Depending on the role you may also be required to obtain a US Customs seal and/or USPS security clearance
