Manager, Starship Build

Manager, Production (Starship) leads 40+ employees per shift across up to two shifts, overseeing modification, repair, assembly, and integration of production assemblies to guarantee on-time delivery and quality targets. Responsible for managing the complete production process within a predefined area, ensuring safety, resolving non-conformance issues, reviewing work instructions, meeting tight production schedules, assessing staffing needs, monitoring costs, initiating training programs, enforcing policies, coordinating with engineering, and driving lean improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2+ years of managerial experience in production and 2+ years in aerospace or high-volume manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, safety, and ITAR compliance. Willingness to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends; travel up to 10%; capable of physical requirements including lifting up to 25 lbs, with background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
