Job Summary
Conduct daily staffing and transportation assignments for Day Habilitation and Community Development Services, ensuring assigned staff are fully trained on individuals prior to deployment. Manage coverage for both scheduled and unscheduled staff absences while maintaining up-to-date vehicle and personal vehicle assignment schedules. Provide direct supervision to Direct Support Professionals, including interviewing, hiring, training, and completing performance evaluations. Monitor staff duties, attendance, and GPS fleet data to ensure accuracy and safety. Facilitate transportation training, coordinate car inspections, and adjust program models based on participant preferences. Report to the office five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft word and excel documents specifically
- Ability to report to the office five days a week
