Job Summary
Develop and evaluate comprehensive clinical education programs for home health and hospice staff, including nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides. Coordinate onboarding, annual competency assessments, and continuing education credits while managing the preceptor program and student clinical placements. Lead Epic training strategies, optimize documentation workflows, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Supervise the staff education team, collaborate with clinical leaders to identify competency gaps, and maintain accurate records for regulatory reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Nursing or Management
- Graduate of an accredited school
- Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Project Management and /or Clinical Informatics and appropriate state board or certifications where services will be provided
- Two (2) years of experience in nursing or project management

- Master Degree
- Prior experience teaching standards– content and application
- Prior experience in informatics or clinical systems
