Manager - SSH

Establish excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example. Help the General Manager execute plans based on guest surveys to improve the restaurant experience and increase loyalty. Assist in ensuring profitability by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service. Requires 2-5 years of casual dining, upscale casual dining, or fine dining experience. Previous experience managing a steakhouse and Level 1 Wine Certification are a plus.
