Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable backend solutions using Java, Node.js, or Python while adhering to TDD and CI/CD best practices. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams for backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing task estimates and flagging blockers. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth production delivery, while mentoring others through documentation and internal sharing sessions. Experiment with emerging technologies to drive engineering excellence, operational automation, and tool improvements across large-scale systems.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficient in backend development using Java (Spring Boot)/Nodejs and Python
- Solid understanding of Git
- Branching strategies, merging strategies and best practices
- Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms

- Deep understanding of the challenges associated with operating large-scale production systems
