Job Summary
Conduct compensation benchmarking, develop HR and compensation reports, and analyze data to support leadership decision-making. Design core HR frameworks for performance evaluation and promotions while planning organizational restructuring and leadership management. Source and recruit core-level technology engineers within the Bay Area and drive cross-functional collaboration for strategic initiatives. Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track follow-up action items. Respond to expatriate inquiries with accuracy and compliance, handling sensitive information with discretion. Requires fluent English and Korean, a BA/BS degree, and 10+ years of HR experience. Full-time onsite role available for candidates with appropriate sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of extensive, progressive HR experience, including HR strategic planning, reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation/promotion processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.
