Job Summary
Manage funds from multiple sources including the Children's Trust and prepare monthly variance reports for program management. Review budget variances with senior staff to develop corrective action plans and assist in preparing grant reports. Maintain portfolios for private and government grants while developing allocation systems and managing overhead tables. Approve disbursement requests for coding accuracy and availability, then establish internal controls and ensure employee training on compliance. Formulate comparative analyses of operating programs by analyzing costs relative to services performed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience with sponsored funds
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain accuracy
- Ability to complete complex financial reconciliations
- Ability to review budget variances
- Ability to develop plans of corrective action
- Ability to prepare monthly variance reports
- Ability to prepare grant reports

- Ability to develop and maintain grant allocation systems
- Ability to manage monthly overhead and allocation tables
- Ability to reallocate grant funds
- Ability to formulate comparative analyses of operating programs
