Job Summary
Manager, Specialist Sales, Small Business Segment in Indonesia (Jakarta) drives growth of Mastercard's SME payments portfolio by developing new business, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives; supports small business prepaid, debit and credit cards performance; collaborates with internal teams (Account Teams, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Pricing & Interchange, Franchise, Legal, Customer Delivery) and external partners; responsibilities include strategy execution, product development, analysis and reporting, market insights, and digital enablement (digital-first solutions, contactless, tokenization); requires strong execution, project management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration; 5-8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; location Jakarta.
