Job Summary
Lead and coach Senior Representatives and contract staff to ensure effective daily operations, drive process improvements, and develop departmental growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, maintain policies and SOPs, and build relationships with referral sources and cross-functional partners. Streamline communication using technology tools, monitor case intake and audits for accurate funding commitments, and support staffing needs including scheduling and recruiting. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback while conducting regular reviews to track goals and implement corrective actions. This role is based in the Charlotte, NC office and reports to leadership within the NLR and Insurance Billing team.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant industry or operations management experience
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams
- Strong technical proficiency and an improvement mindset
- Working knowledge of personal injury workflows, medical terminology, and provider operations
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in-office in Charlotte, NC
