Job Summary
Lead and manage special projects across the organization, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with government entities, committees, and strategic partners; drive engagement with executive-level stakeholders; define project phases, governance, and follow-up mechanisms; monitor progress and provide regular status updates, reports, and executive summaries. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefing materials, and decision-support documents for leadership and committees; support leadership in strategic discussions and cross-functional initiatives; facilitate coordination between entities to ensure timely closure of actions and deliverables; identify risks and gaps and proactively propose solutions to align projects with objectives and governance standards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields, strong PM and stakeholder management skills, bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English), exemplary presentation and storytelling abilities, governance/secretariat knowledge, and advanced MS Office skills. Knowledge of the esports industry is a plus and relocation support is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Initiatives, Stakeholder Management, Executive Office, Consulting, or related fields.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong presentation development and storytelling skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership, committees, and high-level stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and executive briefing capabilities.
- Knowledge of governance, committee management, and secretariat functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
