Job Summary
Lead NA Sugar and Dairy sourcing strategy and execution for Mondelēz International by analyzing regional spend data, developing regional/supplier strategies, and defining supplier negotiation approaches at country or regional levels. Own contract implementation and ensure compliance with procurement policies, while coordinating with local BU procurement operations to maximize value and operational service levels. Drive supplier relationship management, risk management, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement projects; build cross-functional governance and stakeholder engagement to deliver productivity, innovation, sustainability, and financial value. Maintain alignment with broader business strategies and ensure effective deployment of sourcing programs across the region; collaborate with global spend category teams to share best practices and insights, and lead regional/global negotiations when required. Educational prerequisites include a bachelor’s degree in commercial/business disciplines with 7-10 years in procurement/supply chain; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial & business related subject
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain (Technical or Sourcing)
- Experience with sourcing is a plus, experience in Raw materials and or project management is preferred
- Experience of managing through multi-functional and multi-cultural projects and teams
- Business acumen and Entrepreneurial spirit
- Spanish speaking is an asset
