Job Summary
Define an ambitious Directed Materials sourcing strategy and establish a world-class supplier network for Hasbro's ~$150M annual spend on Packaging & Paper. Deliver 3–5% year-on-year productivity gains through volume consolidation, low-cost sourcing, and value engineering while mitigating supply risks and ensuring quality compliance. Partner with Global Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality Assurance to drive operational excellence, joint product development, and cost savings across a global supply network. Lead strategic negotiations, manage supplier performance, and build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to protect availability and innovation. Requires 5+ years of global procurement experience in resin, electronics, or apparel industries, with fluency in English and Chinese and 30% business travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of global procurement experience in resin, electronic components and/or apparel industry with relevant international exposure
- Bachelor or Master's degree holder in related discipline preferably in Engineering, Procurement or Supply Chain
- Deep knowledge of the assigned materials industry in either an engineering, procurement, and/or sales position
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Business Travel for 30% of time
