Job Summary
Manager - Source to Pay role requiring strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, especially in Material Management and Procurement, with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, requirement gathering, and TO BE design documentation. Responsibilities include driving detailed design discussions, conducting workshops, collaborating with technical teams on custom developments (RICEFW), performing root cause analysis, guiding cross-module teams, and leading client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery and timelines. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are essential; experience with Ariba and Coupa and exposure to various industries are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Scope, Design, Build & Test)
- Strong Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA – Material Management and Procurement
- Experience with procurement business processes across industries
- Exposure to Ariba and Coupa
- Ability to gather business requirements and prepare TO BE design documents
- Experience in facilitating workshops and requirement gathering
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in leading client engagements and staff projects
