Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers; partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demonstrations and customer POCs; develop deep technical domain expertise in data activation, CDP, data warehousing, and API integrations; design and maintain playbooks and tools to enable efficient POCs and technical validations; collaborate with product managers to champion feature requests; drive initiatives to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability; strong background in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and APIs; extensive enterprise SaaS and data-centric customer engagement experience; proven ability to engage customers, present technically with executives, and operate with high velocity in a dynamic environment.
