Job Summary
Manager of Solutions Engineering for EMEA North based in London, leading a team of ~6 Solutions Engineers across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts. Responsible for technical wins across deals in the region, coaching SEs on consultative selling, AI-assisted discovery and PoC generation, building joint pipeline with Sales, shaping regional account strategy, and ensuring successful handoff post-sale. Role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong stakeholder engagement (including C-suite), and collaboration with Product/R&D to influence roadmaps. Travel up to 25% across EMEA North.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS or first-line management
- 5+ years experience as Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect
- strong technical fundamentals with developer experience in JavaScript/Java/Python or similar
- deep understanding of web technologies and architecting scalable solutions
- experience with headless solutions, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- experience hiring, ramping, and developing SE teams
- excellent communication and presentation skills (C-suite level)
- willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA North
- ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
