Job Summary
The position involves providing consulting services for the implementation of Dynamics 365/AX with a primary focus on finance and accounting modules. Responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, transforming requirements into functional specifications, configuring Dynamics 365, and ensuring client demands are met within deadlines. Collaboration in cross-functional teams and continuous personal learning in system capabilities and market trends is essential. Candidates should have significant experience in ERP/CRM implementation with strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Informationstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Delivery Professional in der ERP/CRM-Implementierung, davon mindestens zwei Jahre End-to-End-Implementierungszyklen mit Dynamics 365.
- Solides Verständnis für die funktionalen Fähigkeiten und Module von Microsoft Dynamics 365 sowie Grundkenntnisse über Cloud-Architekturen.
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Enterprise-Implementierungsmethoden und in der direkten Mandantenbetreuung von der Vertriebsphase bis zum Support.
- Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Interaktion mit internen Teams und Mandanten.
- Kompetenz, komplexe Sachverhalte souverän und überzeugend darzustellen.
