Job Summary
Lead working sessions with Squad Leads and cross-functional members to design analytical products and define end-to-end structures aligned with business outcomes. Translate complex requirements into detailed data specifications, including grain, logic, transformations, and KPI definitions, while ensuring traceability between business questions and outputs. Develop and maintain reusable design patterns across semantic layers, data models, and pipelines to accelerate delivery. Serve as the primary interface with CTO teams for production deployment, managing gold layer integration, security, quality controls, and release management. Own release readiness through QA evidence, UAT coordination, and documentation, while enabling India CoE teams with clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data/analytics solution architecture, data engineering, or advanced analytics delivery
- Proven track record designing end-to-end analytical products and scalable data solutions
- Strong expertise in: Data modeling and semantic layer design
- Strong expertise in: BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Strong expertise in: Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile squad-based delivery environments
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance, production controls, and release processes
- This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office
