Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of software upgrade Project Managers within the BD Solution Deployment Upgrade Delivery group to plan, coordinate, and execute deployments/upgrades of Medication Management Solutions. Drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating with R&D, Quality, Education Services, PMO, and Sales. Responsibilities include project management, product and software installation, workflow/system design/configuration, integration engineering, and account management activities; provide training and guidance to team members; ensure accurate records, manage cross-functional collaboration, and oversee budgeting and resource allocation. This is a home-based, travel-heavy role (travel 25-50%), requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in related field
- Ability to contribute to operational and strategic development of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with managing virtual teams and leading in a matrixed environment
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask and implement complex projects
- Knowledge and experience in financial analysis and metrics
- Extensive customer experience across various sizes and complexities
- Valid driver license and ability to meet travel requirements
- Must meet BD’s auto safety standards
- Immunizations as required for facility access
