Job Summary
Manager Solution Architecture lead LATAM sales team in Santiago, Chile, overseeing Account Solution Architects for Enterprise Accounts in SoLA. Shape and execute GTM strategies, drive adoption of Red Hat’s Linux OS, Virtualization, Automation, Container Management, and Application Development solutions, and translate offerings into business value. Responsibilities include hiring and developing ASAs, guiding sales motions and technical decision points, achieving region quotas, acting as technical thought leader, collaborating with geo managers and platform leaders, contributing to hiring, and driving joint GTMs with ecosystem teams. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with developers, architects, infrastructure/operations teams, and executives. Travel up to 20%. Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field. English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role in a technology sales environment
- 5+ years experience as an Individual Contributor in technical solution sales & architecture in an enterprise software and services context
- Experience with Linux Operating System, Virtualization, Automation, Container Management and Application Development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer information systems, computer science or related field
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
