Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of an Antonio's restaurant in Solon, OH, supervising the Pizzaiolo team and family crew, training and interviewing new team members, ensuring food safety and recipe execution, opening/closing duties, cash handling and inventory, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing shifts and meeting operational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cooking standards, food preparation and recipe adherence
  • Must be computer literate
  • Knowledge of recruitment, selection and training procedures
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work up to 55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Server Safe Certified or willing to go through internal SSC Class
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 21+ years of age
