Job Summary
Lead the Software Project Management team to deliver warehouse automation software implementations on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Own the full portfolio from initiation through customer acceptance, managing resource capacity, financial performance, and portfolio risks while establishing best practices and KPIs. Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to oversee SDLC processes, executive dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the executive escalation point for complex customer engagements and high-priority issues. Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and succession planning for project managers, ensuring consistent communication regarding project status, budgets, and delivery schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of software project management experience
- 5+ years of people leadership or management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple Project Managers and enterprise customer implementations
- Experience leading software delivery within warehouse automation, material handling, logistics, or industrial automation environments
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale automation projects involving software, controls, robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and ASRS technologies
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language

- Comprehensive knowledge of: Warehouse Execution Systems (WES)
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Material Handling Automation

- Comprehensive knowledge of: Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Conveyor Systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of: PLC communications
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Database, server, and network infrastructure
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft Project / Project Web App
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Jira, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation Server
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft SharePoint
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft Visio
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite
