Job Summary
Lead a team of Software Project Managers to oversee the delivery of warehouse automation software implementation projects from initiation through customer acceptance. Establish performance expectations, conduct reviews, and recruit high-performing talent while balancing workloads and monitoring portfolio health across all active customer engagements. Own project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and margins, and create executive dashboards to track schedule adherence and resource efficiency. Provide technical guidance on SDLC processes, UML documentation, and testing phases such as FAT, UAT, and Go-Live, serving as the executive escalation point for complex customer issues. Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to optimize resource utilization and drive continuous improvement in project methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of software project management experience
- 5+ years of people leadership or management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple Project Managers and enterprise customer implementations
- Experience leading software delivery within warehouse automation, material handling, logistics, or industrial automation environments
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale automation projects involving software, controls, robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and ASRS technologies
- Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language

- Comprehensive knowledge of: Material Handling Automation

- Comprehensive knowledge of: Conveyor Systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of: PLC communications
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Database, server, and network infrastructure
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft Project / Project Web App
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Jira, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation Server
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft SharePoint
- Comprehensive knowledge of: Microsoft Visio
