Lead end-to-end delivery of a web-based platform by translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and aligning stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful, timely outcomes. Oversee system architecture and development across backend, frontend, and database components, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to established engineering standards and best practices. Manage the outsourced development partner, including day-to-day coordination, performance monitoring against defined KPIs, budget tracking, and escalation management to ensure delivery expectations are met. Drive Agile delivery processes by facilitating key ceremonies and ensuring effective development workflows, including continuous integration, deployment, and testing practices. Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, including code reviews, testing protocols, and performance optimization, to ensure reliable, high-performing application functionality. Monitor vendor performance, delivery efficiency, and resource allocation to support effective budget utilization. Align technical delivery with business needs while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders and clients. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to improve system performance, development practices, and delivery efficiency. Collaborate across distributed and cross-functional teams to support delivery objectives and stakeholder alignment.
