Job Summary
Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver AI-native, spec-driven software across a stack including React, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres. Translate functional plans into delivery processes, drive cross-squad alignment, apply AI-assisted code review, and maintain release-readiness gates. Partner with customers, product, design, and GTM to translate real user problems into shipped features, while championing a high-quality, scalable engineering culture and an adoption-focused feedback loop.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 2+ years managing professional engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
- Proficient in React, GraphQL, Node.js and Postgres
- Experience with spec-driven, AI-native development
- Familiarity with LangGraph, RabbitMQ, SSE, S3 + Postgres content persistence
- Preferred: AI-generated media pipelines, SCORM/xAPI familiarity
- Strong communication with cross-functional teams
