Job Summary
Mentor engineering leaders and individual contributors while championing a product mindset to solve meaningful user problems. Mature automated testing and deployment pipelines, responsibly adopt AI-assisted engineering practices, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence. Establish lightweight governance for predictable delivery and drive reliability through observability, monitoring, and incident management. Requires 3+ years of engineering leadership experience with Agile scaling expertise and modern cloud-native architecture skills. Salary range $175K-$200K annually with hybrid or fully remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and scaling Agile software engineering organizations, including coaching senior engineers and technical leaders.
- At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, web technologies, APIs, and mobile application ecosystems.
- Experience building and operating reliable production systems with observability, monitoring, incident response, and service ownership practices.
- Experience evaluating and incorporating AI-assisted development tools and workflows into engineering practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with SQL and Snowflake.
- Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability platforms.
- Experience with DevEx analytics tools.
