Job Summary
Lead full-stack engineering teams (PHP and .NET) in an Agile Product Engineering environment to deliver software solutions for MTM services. Mentor and manage engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and other stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Own incident management, performance monitoring, and the delivery of fully functional product increments. Guide Looker and Python-based Reporting/BI initiatives, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. Manage DB2 DBAs and Data Operations/ETL developers (Talend/PHP) and contribute to scalable architecture and system improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (MS preferred) and 8+ years in software with 3+ years in leadership; healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or related practical experience)
- 8+ years software industry experience
- 3+ years leading software development teams of 3+ engineers
- Experience leading mid to large software projects
- Experience implementing database solutions
- Experience with Product management, clinical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with system rollouts and change management
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Collaborative mindset and team-focused
- Healthcare domain knowledge preferred
