Job Summary
Manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, large scale distributed systems using reactive architectures. Responsibilities include conducting architectural discussions, driving prioritization decisions, automating software delivery processes, and introducing new technologies. Candidates should have experience in delivering production-grade systems, excellent programming skills (preferably in Java and Spring Boot), and familiarity with secure coding standards. Good exposure to advanced design patterns, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and event-driven architectures is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering production grade large scale distributed systems
- Good delivery management and team management experience
- Understands internals of operating systems (Windows, Linux) to write interoperable and performant code
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent programming experience - preferred Java, Spring Boot
- Familiarity with secure coding standards
- Good exposure to advanced design patterns
- Good exposure of implementing products in AWS and/or Azure environments
- Experience with event-driven architecture, broker technologies (NATS, Kafka)
