Job Summary
Lead and manage product development activities within the ITSM Engineering team at ServiceNow. Collaborate with product management, design, support and other development teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions; oversee daily development-team activities; mentor and develop engineers; drive integration of AI into workflows and decision-making; require 6+ years in SaaS and 1–2 years of people management, plus proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C++, Ruby, Shell and frameworks like React/Angular; operate in a distributed, flexible environment with a base salary range of $166,500–$291,400 plus equity and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow and advanced coding skills
- 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- 6+ years of experience in SAAS products
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or small teams in a professional environment
- Experience with open source tools and agile development environments
- Fluency in programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C++, Ruby, Shell)
- Understanding of JavaScript-based frameworks like React, Angular
