Job Summary
Lead a team of software engineers by coaching, managing performance, and driving career development while owning planning, estimation, and delivery tracking. Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Angular and .NET, overseeing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud migration initiatives on Microsoft Azure. Enforce engineering standards for code quality, security, and testing, and champion AI-assisted engineering practices across the team. Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps to ensure successful solution delivery, lead incident management, and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies. Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and remove delivery roadblocks to support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise application development
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8, and Web API development
- Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, object-oriented design principles, and secure coding practices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence engineering decisions across teams
- Strong execution habits, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively
- A proactive mindset toward AI-assisted engineering and experience leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve engineering productivity
