Job Summary
Manage a sprint team of four engineers focused on powering just-in-time access via the Request Approval service and user-centric Inbox service on the Delinea Platform. Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality software projects on time and within budget while staying hands-on with development as a player-coach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum processes to define requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of learning. Requires 8+ years in software development and 5+ years managing Agile teams with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, cloud SaaS, and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint team with very strong technical and personal skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and web application technologies
- Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management
- Experience with developing and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications
- Experience with large codebases and unit testing -- mock frameworks, automation testing
- Readiness and adaptability to AI enabled development and processes
- Location preference for the Lehi, Utah office but because remote team, open to remote/telecommute position based out of your home office

Desired Qualifications
- Strong Familiarity with Claude Code/Codex doing AI accelerated development
- Stay up to date with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies related to core technologies used in the product
- Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment)
