Job Summary
Lead and govern strategic software development across cross-functional teams; translate business strategy into product and technology roadmaps; balance build/buy decisions and ensure alignment between technology choices, delivery, and business value. Drive predictable delivery with KPI-driven governance, manage nearshore and technology-partner collaborations, ensure scalable architecture and integrations, and uphold security and privacy practices (ISO-27001). Provide leadership, coaching and a high-performing culture, and communicate clearly with stakeholders in Dutch and English.
