Job Summary
Manager Soft Controls Auditor at KPMG GRCS: Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams in conducting soft controls and culturally-focused internal audits. Bridge data and culture to drive insights for financial audits, guiding management and operating levels, pursuing new project opportunities, and developing colleagues. Roles include planning, monitoring progress, invoicing, and leveraging behavioral observations, interviews, and surveys to assess culture-related risk and control effectiveness. Fluent in Dutch and English; hybrid work arrangement with a fully equipped home office, travel-ready and client-facing when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master in (business) economics, business administration or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in (internal) audits with behavioral and cultural aspects
- Knowledge and experience in soft controls domain
- RA, RO or RE title or intent to obtain via KPMG
- Strong affinity with culture, behavior and auditing
- Very good command of Dutch and English
- Brutomaandsalaris between €5085 and €6230 depending on experience, plus incentive and allowances
