Job Summary
Coordinate services for patients according to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines while ensuring services meet psychosocial needs at the appropriate level of care. Provide mental health expertise within the interdisciplinary team, managing community outreach, networking, and liaison with community programs as needed. Interpret and apply hospital policies and procedures properly. Requires MSW degree, LCSW, two years acute or related medical care experience, management experience preferred, and Healthcare Provider BLS.
