Job Summary
Advise clients on French labor legislation and social law obligations while guiding companies launching or expanding activities in France. Support hiring processes, employment contracts, payroll policies, and termination procedures for Belgian and international enterprises. Manage complex cross-border employment cases and salary split structures between Belgium and France. Monitor changes in French social regulations and translate them into actionable client advice. Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Payroll, and other domain experts to develop integrated solutions. Act as a content sparring partner for clients and colleagues while contributing to the growth and positioning of Vandelanotte France.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma Rechten
- Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen sociaal recht, payroll consulting, employment of een relevante HR-juridische omgeving
- Sterke interesse in en kennis van Franse arbeidswetgeving en internationale tewerkstelling
- Vlot in het Nederlands
- Kan professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans
