Job Summary
Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Enforce paid Social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery, ensuring high-quality output to regional teams. Serve as the point of escalation for your team, taking ownership of resolving challenges. Line manage 2-5 direct reports while providing timely, actionable feedback to aid in their development, improvement, and progress, alongside awareness and recognition for jobs well done. This role is available in a Remote or Hybrid Work Modality for candidates residing in Mexico or Colombia with valid work permits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English level (B2–C2)
- 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns
- At least 1 year of previous leadership experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must perform their work from any location within Mexico
- Only Mexican nationals residing in the country or foreign nationals with a valid work permit may apply
- Remote work from abroad is not permitted under any circumstances
- Must perform within Colombian territory
- Only candidates residing in Colombia with a valid work permit may apply
