Job Summary
Oversee development of project and contract management system from inception through completion; formulate procurement/contracting strategy; prepare tender documentation, administer tender process, evaluate tenders and submit tender recommendations; administer contractual disputes; review variation orders, extension of time, and loss and expense costs; support project team with contractual advice across pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages; collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team; requires training in Contract Management/Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of relevant infrastructure/building experience; familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract; strong English communication and independence with team orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Training in Contract Management/Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and Conditions of Contract for non-construction works
- Effective communication and strong English skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
