Job Summary
Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems, equipment, and operations. Develop and implement HVAC maintenance strategies, procedures, and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams on HVAC-related projects and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices in HVAC. KRAs include Technical Expertise, Maintenance and Operations, Project Delivery, Training and Development, and Compliance and Regulatory to ensure systems are maintained efficiently, projects meet client requirements, and teams receive ongoing HVAC training. Location is on-site in Chandigarh, India.
