Manager, Small Business Product Intensity and Cross-sell Team

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a marketing team to design and execute strategic cross-sell programs for the SMB portfolio, driving multi-product adoption, optimizing pricing and promotions, and improving ARPU and customer lifetime value. Own the cross-sell portfolio strategy from value propositions to execution, collaborate with pricing, planning, BI, data science, loyalty, and sales to balance customer value with profitability, and influence TELUS Business leadership on portfolio direction through data-driven storytelling and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years in strategic marketing, product management, operations, or program management
- experience launching campaigns, pricing/product decisions
- B2B SaaS, SMB, or subscription-based business experience preferred
- leadership experience or formal/informal leadership background
