Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of process optimization professionals, coaching and mentoring expertise in leveraging Power Apps, Power Platform, and existing CITGO technologies to foster continuous improvement. Act as a visible change leader, championing transformation by articulating vision, building buy-in, and driving adoption of optimization initiatives across the organization. Partner closely with Supply & Marketing stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business value, maximizing the use of existing systems, data, and digital capabilities to enhance performance. Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring successful delivery of targeted outcomes related to efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and revenue growth. Rapidly assess and deconstruct complex business processes, applying quantitative analysis and stakeholder insights to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, sustainable improvements while ensuring integrity and compliance across all initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 13 years with a Bachelor's degree
- 11 years with a Master's degree
- Extensive experience driving business performance improvement
- Extensive experience driving process optimization
- Extensive experience driving analytics initiatives
- Extensive experience driving compliance programs
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Power BI
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Azure Synapse Analytics
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Alteryx
- Experience with automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Experience with automation technologies, including Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with automation technologies, including Copilot agents
- Working knowledge of enterprise business systems, including ERP systems
- Working knowledge of enterprise business systems, including ETRM systems
- Working knowledge of enterprise business systems, including CRM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships across business and IT teams
- Experience collaborating with IT to define business requirements
- Experience collaborating with IT to evaluate and select technical solutions
- Experience collaborating with IT to implement technology platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Preferred industry experience in Supply & Marketing and/or the energy sector
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to supply, marketing, and trading operations
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar process improvement credentials
