Job Summary

The Manager, Sleep Center provides operational and clinical leadership for sleep medicine clinic operations and in-lab sleep testing (polysomnography, PAP titration, MSLT/MWT) including staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality and patient safety, equipment and supply management, and fiscal stewardship; collaborates with medical directors, providers, clinic leadership, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care, accurate testing, exceptional patient experience, and compliance with applicable standards (Joint Commission and AASM sleep accreditation standards); directs daily operations, supervises staff, ensures adherence to physician orders and protocols, maintains readiness for regulatory/licensure requirements, leads quality assurance and performance improvement activities, supports charge capture and billing workflows, and fosters a culture of safety, privacy, and patient-centered care across a diverse patient population; serves as a clinical/operational resource during complex sleep studies and escalations, and partners to optimize service delivery and clinical pathways.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of an accredited educational program in sleep technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related allied health field. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
