Job Summary

Manager, Sleep Center leads operational and clinical activities for sleep medicine services, including in-lab polysomnography, test coordination (PSG, PAP titration, MSLT/MWT, home sleep apnea testing), and day-to-day department operations. You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality and patient safety outcomes, equipment and supply management, and fiscal stewardship, collaborating with medical directors, providers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care, accurate testing, and strong patient experience while maintaining accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, AASM). Responsibilities include directing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to physician orders and protocols, maintaining regulatory documentation, leading quality improvement activities, optimizing service delivery, coordinating equipment and vendor needs, supporting accurate charge capture and billing workflows, and fostering a culture of safety, privacy, and patient-centered care. Qualifications emphasize leadership experience in a sleep-related healthcare setting, sleep credentials, BLS, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3+ years in sleep medicine/clinic operations is preferred. Education and credentials may be in sleep technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or related allied health fields. The role requires office-based work with periodic on-site activity and patient interactions, in Fayetteville, AR.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited educational program in sleep technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related allied health field
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred
  • BLS required
  • Sleep credential preferred (RPSGT, RST, or SDS)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sleep lab, sleep medicine clinic, respiratory therapy, or related healthcare setting
  • Prior leadership/charge/supervisory/clinic operations experience; manager-level experience preferred
